Monxton Matters 
2 Lorries today – 02 October 13.
The main one was at approx 1215 a large lorry, ladend with steels, headed for Manor Farm got stuck in the High Street: VRN WX58BLF with the name Barrett on the cab. Mikael spoke to the driver who was somewhat frustrated with being sent this way. A deal of traffic chaos followed with some traffic diverting up Chalkpit Lane.
The other was at approx 10:45 driving though the camp (Army HQ) rather slowly (lost?) towards A303. Don’t know if this vehicle came through the village: VRN A10 GTS with ? ? Stones & Sons on the side.
