Tankers were at Monxton Water Pumping Station (WPS) again last night and at the manhole chamber at the top of the hill at Manor Farm, Abbotts Ann after it was spotted spilling again. For more information click here.

Even though groundwater level at the Environmental Agency’s Clanville Gate borehole exceeded the 84 m on 21 October 2024 Southern Water’s water pumping stations have not needed any support from tankers. For more information click here.

Despite unprecedented levels of groundwater the last tanker left the area on Monday 29 April 2024. So no more tankers! As ground conditions improve SW will be carrying out a programme of verge and road repairs. For more information click here.
