As their 30th anniversary approaches, Nick & Meg Burrows, (Jim Broadbent & Lindsay Duncan) decide to head off to Paris, where they run into Morgan (Jeff Goldblum), a successful former student of Nick’s. Morgan invites them to a dinner party that ultimately opens up a new vista of life and love for the ageing couple.
