Would there be anything in a planning approval to prevent the applicant from building the dwellings, but deciding that he will not proceed with construction of the pub?
I cannot see a problem with the two houses we need affordable housing for our younger generation, But a Pub? when there are hundreds of pubs throughout the country closing each year . there must be an another reason for this application!!
